Perform your favourite songs…
Take the stage and perform your favourite country songs with a full backing band (lead guitar, bass and drums). Sing your own original music or do covers of country music classics.
There are no restrictions on the type of country songs you can cover. Do your own rendition of a country song from Australia or overseas – the choice is yours!
You don’t need to be a seasoned performer. Our open mic event is on offer to anyone who loves singing country music. Go on stage as a solo artist, duo or group.

Organising to go on stage is easy…
No pre-registration is required. Just come along to the event and register on the day with our compère.
Then choose your time slot and you’re all set to enjoy singing on stage in our renowned friendly atmosphere.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have sheet music on stage when I’m performing?
Not a problem – we’ll have music stands on stage for you to use.
Do I have to sing with the backing band?
There’s no requirement to sing with the backing band. The choice is yours.
I don’t sing – can I play an instrument on stage instead?
Feel free to play any instrument on stage. You can play it either with or without the backing band.
Can I sell my CDs at the Walk Up?
There will be a product table available where you can sell your CDs. Alternatively, you can also sell your CDs from your van or privately.
